An excellent everyday red Bordeaux showing a good balance between the two grape varieties, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The wine is made from a blend of 70% Merlo! and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Garnet hue in colour. with notes of red and black fruits with subtle vanilla undertones on the nose. Good texture on the palate. giving a tense. lively wine with a fruit lead style, a well-balanced wine.
Deep and full ruby-red colour. Very attractive nose. it has lovely red fruit with sweet spice aromas. Sizeable attack on the palate. it has fine and well wrapped tannins. with a beautifully fleshy red fruit finish.
A bright ruby colour, toasted, furry, brothy and undergrowth nose. Ripe tannins are assorted with ripe black, cherry on the palate. A Chateauneuf du Pape on top form.
This wine was crafted from handpicked grapes, ripened under the hot Argentinian sun. Filled with savoury, fruity aromas, and a smooth flavour of ripe black cherry and toasted oak , touch of violets, round tannings and a good balance in the mouth.
This is a smooth. concentrated and full bodied wine with spirity aromas of dark chocolate roasted nuts. on the palette you will find rich berry fruit flavours with a touch of sweetness on the finish.
This fine Barolo is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The wine spends 3 years in large oak casks. and then spends six months in bottle before release. The wine shows yellowish orange hints to the rim due to the ageing process. Dry, velvety and austere. with a bouquet of faded roses and of violets.
This Reserva spends 24 months maturing in oak barrels with a further 12 months in bottle before release. There are powerful aromas of red fruits with toasted spice with a rich balsamic bouquet. On the palate the wine possesses well integrated flavours of vanilla oak.
This Brouilly has subtle aromas of wild cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry with a hint of spice. The palate is refreshing and fleshy with supple well intergrated tannins leading onto the finish with its fresh and lasting gamay fruit style.
Aromas of ripe red and black fruit on the nose with notes of oak and spice. Over the years it will develop more animal notes. like musk and fur. Silky, structured. tannic and well-balanced on the palate. The same fruit found on the first nose reappears on the finish.
This Bordeaux is a wonderful dry crisp and easy - drinking wine. Azippy little number, it offers notes of grapefruit, melon and lemon zest with subtle mineral notes on finish.

A fantastic white winefind from Sicily. On the nose there are notes of dried fruits and nuts, with hints of oranges and grapefruit. The palate is soft and well-rounded, with touches of honey on the long finish. The color is straw yellow with flecks of gold.

Domaine Merlin Cherrier Sancerre Rose - France £36.00 This Rose is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes to produce a delicate pale pink wine which has lovely red summer fruit aromas and a distinct mineral undertone. The palate is dry very fresh, elegant and surprisingly powerful.
Bright yet pale, Whispering Angel is aromatic with a fine floral and fruity character of lavender, raspberry and cherry. On the palate it is medium bodied, delightfully fresh with tart berries and cream and a delicate spicey minerality, its finish is long , dry, crisp and gently acidic.

This signature Brut is made by a head winemaker who's been named Sparkling Winemaker of the Year eight times at the International Wine Challenge. It has notes of toasted brioche, almond, yellow plum, nectarine and ginger. Wine Spectator gave it 96 points. In 2022, this wine won an IWC award.
